From Crawling to Chaos

It feels like just yesterday I was rocking my baby to sleep, and now I’m chasing him through the living room as he giggles and runs away with my phone. The transition from baby to toddler happened overnight — one minute he was wobbling on chubby legs, and the next, he was sprinting like he’s been doing it forever.

Everything has changed. My house is baby-proofed (mostly), my coffee is always cold, and silence usually means trouble. He’s curious about everything — every drawer, every crumb, every button. It’s exhausting and hilarious all at once.

But as chaotic as it is, this stage is magic. The way he beams after mastering a new word or climbs onto the couch for the first time makes my heart swell. I miss the quiet baby snuggles, but I wouldn’t trade this wild, joyful, messy season for anything. He’s growing fast — and somehow, so am I.
