Refund policy

What is your return policy?

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your package for store credit or exchange! Some exclusions apply - please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 7th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 7th day. All returns must be authorized by email at help@banditbabies.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. 

No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair or stains of any kind.

All final sale items and accessories are NOT eligible to be returned.

We inspect all returns upon receipt! If it is clear your item(s) been worn, damaged, altered, tags removed, or if a final sale item is sent back, that item(s) will be returned to you.

NOTE: Original shipping cost is NOT refundable.

"Mama Bear" Collection

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges on products from our "Mama Bear" collection. A portion of proceeds from this collection is donated to maternal mental health organizations. We really hope you enjoy our products and appreciate our mission in spreading more awareness when it comes to maternal mental health!

 How do I initiate an exchange?

To start an exchange, you can contact us at help@banditbabies.com.

If your exchange is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Extended Holiday Exchange Window:

If eligible, items placed between November 1st through December 25th have until January 10th to process their exchange request!

What does "final sale" mean?

When a product is tagged with “final sale,” it cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

All seasonal items are marked as "final sale" and not eligible for exchange.
