Pregnancy has been a wild ride for me. In my first pregnancy, I was constantly battling nausea, and staying active felt impossible. I barely had the energy to get out of bed, let alone work out. But this time around, things are different, and I’m so grateful for it.
One of the biggest game-changers for me has been the Sweat app and Kayla Itsines' pregnancy program. I’ve been able to stay active in a way that feels gentle and supportive of my body. The program is designed specifically for pregnant women, with low-impact exercises and helps improve mobility. It has been making me feel strong without pushing me too hard.
Thankfully, I don’t feel nauseous like I did last time. I still have some rough days, but getting moving, even if it’s just a 20-minute session, makes a huge difference. I feel energized, empowered, and in control of my body again. There’s something so amazing about feeling strong and capable while growing a little one.
I never thought I’d be able to enjoy working out during pregnancy, but here I am feeling proud of myself, and thankful for every movement. I’m so glad I found this program and that I’m able to take care of myself in such a positive way this time around.
If you're pregnant and looking for a way to stay active, I highly recommend checking out the Sweat app. It’s been a total game-changer for me!
